COVID-19 Safer at Home Order
Dear LambShoppe Family,
It has been a long few weeks for all of us, but many good things have happened when our world totally changed. Many of us have developed closer relationships with loved ones (hopefully, we’re all still speaking), finished projects, cleaned areas of our homes which, heretofore, had not been touched, and discovered that we did not really need everything in the closet we never open.
It has been interesting to see the landscape change in our daily lives. Lots of people out walking together, parks and paths filled with more people than usual. Meeting neighbors you normally never see out for a stroll, and making plans to get together with them when the time is right.
Meanwhile, back at the Shoppe, Whitney has been in the store, filling phone and on-line orders, doing inventory, working with Mary Carol and Anita to create our new on-line store. It is working! But, it is all very different than seeing our customers, who are also our friends.
We are pleased to announce that LambShoppe will be reopening this Monday, May 11, 2020. Our hours will be limited and flexible for a while as we work out the kinks.
We’ll be reassessing them and reviewing them frequently, and we will be letting you know in our Newsletters about changes and additions. We will also keep you apprised about new projects and things that are happening in our yarn world.
Effective Monday, May 11, 2020:
- No Public Restrooms.
- All customers and staff members must be wearing a mask at all times.
- Total number of persons in the store at one time will be limited to 8, including staff. We request that only shoppers be in the store so that we can accommodate all who need to replenish supplies. When we are at capacity, we will post it on the chalkboard outside.
- We ask that you use our hand sanitizer as soon as you walk into the store.
- Practice social distancing, staying 6 feet apart from other customers and staff, because of this we are unable to provide project assistance at this time.
- Currently, all sales will be final and we will be unable to accept returns from previous purchases because we are following State guidelines.
- You can still purchase our Sympli clothing (we would love you to), but you will be unable to try on the clothing.
- Credit and gift cards only. No cash can be accepted at this time.
As far project assistance: If you would like to bag up your project and drop it off, we will take a look at it, write a prescription and deliver it back to you for $20.
The first hour of operation each day will be for Seniors, 60+ and older, and High Risk Individuals Only.
This Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
May 11, 12 & 13 2020
11 am to Noon: Seniors and High Risk Individuals only.
Noon to 4:00pm: Open with previously stated restrictions.
Again we are observing all current health guidelines for the City and County of Denver, and the State of Colorado. Give us a call or send an email if you have questions.
Stay healthy, be safe, and welcome home!
